The Going to the Sun Road at Glacier National Park is one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen. My husband convinced me to get up for sunrise at Logan Pass. It was spectacular. As the sun came over the mountains and lit up the fireweed, I was transfixed. What a symbol of hope. Fireweed is the first to bloom after a forest fire. The psalmist says, “Joy comes in the morning!” The petals gleaming in the early morning rays speak of hope found in new beginnings.
