Red Hill Vista 18in x 36in-Original!

I’ve spent much of my life with limited mobility due to an accident in my teens. After fighting cancer in my early 50’s, I was referred to some new therapists that helped me move out of some of my life long nerve pain. The result has been more mobility than I’ve had in 35 years! One day, my husband and I tested my limits by hiking Red Hill, east of Shell Beach on the coast of CA. The view from the top was spectacular, down to the mouth of the Russian River and Jenner. I painted this while I recovered from another cancer scare to remind me, that better days are around the corner. I needed the reminder that healing will happen, and resilience will rebuild.
