Honduran Surprise 18in x 24in- Original!

I was captivated by the reference photo for this painting from my friend’s vacation. She was in Honduras celebrating a special anniversary when on the last night of their vacation they were surprised by fireworks over the bay in front of their resort. Unknown to them, it was Sept. 15th and therefore Honduran Independence Day. This painting symbolizes all the things we have to celebrate each day.
