On the Cusp of Spring, 12in x 36in- Acrylic on Canvas, Original!

Spring arrives in Sonoma County, CA seemingly overnight. Heavy rains turn into the brightest greens you can imagine. Trees begin to unfurl green leaves, and the grass sprouts easter egg colors of wildflowers for the animals to munch. One early spring day, my dad snapped photos of the beautiful view of Mt. St. Helena from a friends’ ranch on Blank Rd. The fog was rolling back from the hills, and deer were enjoying the serenity. I combined the photos to depict this scene of sunshine after rain.

This is an acrylic on canvas stretched over a 1.5 in frame. No additional frame needed. Additional sizes are available upon request.
